In the civil case registered in the n.r.g. 9207/2018 promoted by NORD ENGINEERING SRL against FARID INDUSTRIE SPA and PALVI SL the Court of Turin, specialized section of the Companies, Inhibits to FARID INDUSTRIE SPA  and PALVI SL any production, marketing, offer for sale, import, export and advertising of the equipment subject to the case referred to in the patents owned by NORD ENGINEERING SRL.
